Abilities & Physical Abnormalities: Greed is a human-based homunculus -- in other words, a human body that has had a Philsopher's Stone inserted into it. Because Ling accepted Greed into his body willingly, Greed retains the full complement of souls in his Philosopher's Stone, and consequently, can regenerate from almost literally nothing an unspecified but high number of times.
Greed is capable of creating an 'Ultimate Shield' -- by transmuting the carbon in his body into graphene, he can cover his body with a protective armor that is virtually impenetrable. Covering his hands in this manner also turns them into claws, which is his preferred weapon. Greed, thanks to the athleticism and reflexes in Ling's body as well as his own skills (and some borrowed from the prince) is a highly capable fighter. He's also capable of transmuting said carbon into other forms, such as graphite.
When Ling is being cooperative, Greed is capable of sensing the chi of others, which basically can tell him of the presence or absence of others to a limited degree. The effect is amplified with large, condensed sources of chi such as Philosopher's stones.
Personality: Greed is -- well, surprise, greedy. His defining quote is "I want everything you can possibly imagine. I want money and women, power and sex, status, glory!" It's such a catchphrase for him that one of his minions identified him by it despite his having a completely different body and no memories. Greed frames greed as completely natural, a normal part of the human condition. If you want something, anything you don't have, that's greed. His openly-declared ambition is to own the entire world.
...and what he really wants is to have true friends, like humans do.
That being said, despite his origins and intended purpose, Greed actually isn't that bad a guy. He won't fight women if he can help it, he doesn't lie, and he values his subordinates immensely. Though he refers to them as possessions, the raw anger he feels at anyone damaging his 'possessions' betrays the truth of his feelings. He treats his subordinates well, and holds anyone who doesn't in contempt. His initial incarnation actually feels guilty when he thinks he's reminded Alphonse Elric of his poor dead brother.
Greed is defiant to the bitter end -- literally. He won't hesitate to retreat if he's about to lose, but when he's cornered he goes down shouting, to the point that he was cracking jokes and lambasting Father and his siblings while being melted down. He's a bit of a ham, but when other people around him go off half-cocked he's usually found looking baffled while slow-clapping their performance.
Internally and occasionally prone to popping up when Greed's guard is down, Ling Yao waits patiently for his chance to reclaim his body and turn this situation to his advantage. When he had his body proper, he was a goofy and playful prince who enjoyed mooching off of others and eating a lot -- while at the same time being shrewd and calculating, constantly weighing his options and even changing his alliances, all for the purpose of gaining some secret of immortality to gain the favor of the Emperor and protect his clan. Inside, a lot of that has vanished -- Ling is biding his time, watching, and taking every chance he can to scold Greed and weaken the homunculus's will, so he can reclaim control of his body.
What are your plans for the character in-game? Greed seriously will attempt to conquer the world. But other than that, maybe he can have a shot at those friends he really wants.
Anything else?

Complete TWO out of the FOUR options.
i) IC Questionnaire (can be found on the application page)
(As this questionnaire is entirely IC, your character is free to lie.)
What do you prefer to be known as? The name's Greed.
How old are you? You're not gonna ask easy questions, huh? Let's say fifteen.
Do you have any history in combat? I know a thing or two about fighting.
If so, have you ever killed? ...Next question.
i) How do you feel when you get involved in some project that calls for immediate and rapid activity? I'm an independent operator. You get used to taking advantage of opportunity. Letting one get past you's just unworthy.
ii) Do you organize and initiate leisure activities? Leisure activities? I guess. Always nice to hit a bar.
iii) What role do you take when working in a group? I'm the leader. I don't take well to authority.
iv) How talkative are you around other people? I talk to people all the time! Best way to figure out how to get what I want.
v) What three things would you want to have with you on a desert island? State your reasoning. I'm Greed! I want everything. So everything, three times.
vi) Is it important to be liked by a wide range of people? Liking has nothing to do with it. You get followers, you get followed.
vii) When the odds are against you, is it worth taking a chance? If it gets you what you're after. You let something get away, you're not worth having it!
viii) Do you consider yourself to be an impulsive person? I guess? Hard to say.
ix) Would you agree that planning things ahead takes the fun out of life? Nah. Never hurts to have a plan.
x) Do you like surprises? Good ones.
xi) Do you sometimes wonder if there is something wrong with you? Wrong with me? Heh... ha ha ha ha! Let me tell you something -- people look at you like you're crazy when you admit to being Greed! Like greed is a bad thing! But everyone's greedy -- everyone wants something they don't have. So whatever you want to say, there's nothing wrong with ME!
xii) Do you consider yourself to be smarter than your superiors, and disagree with their decisions? What superiors? I'm Greed. I'm top of the heap. I don't have 'em.
xiii) Lastly, how do you feel about cabbages? Sure, I'll take 'em.
